Willow Family Counseling
Do you feel overwhelmed when facing the obstacles in your life? Have you tried to find ways to help yourself, but no matter what you do, things are not getting better? Therapy can help you find new ways of dealing with the challenges in life that have become too much to handle alone. Every person has a reservoir of strength inside. Through compassionate, supportive therapy, you can connect to your strengths to develop new ways of dealing with problems and difficult feelings, relationships, and transitions.
I utilize scientifically research-based theories and tools in counseling with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. My work is strength-based, empowering people to meet personal goals, improve relationships and develop a more comfortable and meaningful life.
Special Interests: general issues of everyday living, self-esteem, marriage and family issues, relationship issues, current/past trauma, anxiety, depression, and the loneliness epidemic. I am here to listen and help you along your journey.
